Heavy rain this morning-4 moths in the trap: 2 Hebrew Character, 1 Clouded Drab and the first Cabbage Moth of the year-my earliest ever.

Still not much to report recently. This morning had 2 Hebrew Characters and the first Shuttle-shaped Dart of the year. I'm sure it was warmer in January.

While putting the trap out this evening I noticed a micro on a piece of slate in the garden. It was Esperia sulphurella-the first of the year.

I haven't posted much lately. A run of cold nights have only produced Hebrew Characters & Clouded Drabs, with a single Double-striped Pug & LBAM. When will it warm up?
